With the “Penthouse Potty” you have an alternative when you can't walk your pet outside. The unique, patent pending design of the Penthouse Potty is made to be used indoors or outdoors.
The yard measures 42" x 42" and stands 16" high at the corners. The custom-made wooden frame is finished with weather-resistant paint so that it may be placed outdoors. The yard comes with faux grass that is easy to clean. When it rains, the water runs through the unique drainage tray and is collected in the catch pan below for easy removal. The catch pan comes with a cover to make transport for disposal splash-free.
The yard is ideal for dogs of any age weighing up to 50 pounds. Puppies being housebroken should adapt just as quickly to the yard as they do to the outdoors. And the stylish, contemporary design will blend in with almost any patio décor.

Wooden Frame--The sturdy wooden frame has been sanded to a fine finish prior to painting to prevent any splintering. The weather resistant paint protects it against extreme weather conditions so it can be placed outdoors or indoors. The black high-gloss finish and design will enhance most decor.
Faux Grass--Realistic synthetic grass is commonly used in dog runs because of its ability to withstand the effects of dog urine. Most dogs readily adapt to the faux grass with proper training. The spray provided will help encourage your dog to use his new Penthouse Potty during the initial transition period. Or if you prefer, real sod and grass can be purchased from your local nursery and will work just as well. The tray will still provide the drainage needed. If desired, replacement faux grass can be purchased.
Drainage Tray--The specially designed patented tray (which supports the faux grass) is made of highly durable polyethylene. This material was chosen because it will tolerate the acidity in dog urine (which can be very damaging to many surfaces) and will withstand extreme temperature conditions.
Catch Pan--The catch pan located under the drainage tray will collect your pet’s urine as well as rainwater and any cleaning fluids. It is also made of high quality polyethylene which is urine and temperature tolerant. The easy-to-handle container is simple to maintain with regular cleaning. Liquids caught in the catch pan can simply be flushed down your toilet. It comes with a cover to prevent any spillage while transporting and emptying the contents. The compact 10 quart container measures 12" x 16" and can easily be handled by only one person. No more spillage, messy trash or pee-pee pads!
