CANCELLATIONS: To cancel your order you must send an email to sales@dogloverboutique.com within 3 hours of placement of the order. Some orders are shipped within an hour or two after the order is processed.
What is Dog Lover Boutique's Return Policy? Unauthorized returns, C.O.D., and postage due returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Call 620-345-8518 or email to receive a Return Goods Authorization. You will receive a store credit for the return less a 20% or $5.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater), no monetary refunds will be given. Put Return Good Authorization Number on outside of package/box. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and received within 15 days of receipt of the Return Good Authorization to qualify for a merchandise exchange. A 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied. All Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage) Should I measure my pet before ordering? Yes, we encourage you to measure your pet accurately. We allow only one exchange per item.
Can I return a custom made or personalized item? We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items.
How should I send back my return? For your protection, Dog Lover Boutique suggests you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Dog Lover Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in shipping.
It is after the 15 day time limit. Can I still return my item? We do not allow product exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days.
My dog only wore the coat for a short time, can I still return it? We do not accept returns if the item has been used, or is not in its original new condition, in original packaging and with all tags and printed material. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused original condition. Can I return a dog bed I purchased from you? Please make sure you read the dimensions and weight limitations for each Pet Carrier, Pet Tote and Dog Bed. Due to standard health regulations we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on Pet Carriers, Pet Totes and Beds. When will my order ship? All orders are shipped, on average, within 2 to 3 weeks from the time your order is placed. We always try to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner but some products require more time before shipment. I live outside the Continental US, can I still get free shipping on my order? The extra cost of shipping outside the US prohibits us from being able to offer free shipping to orders going outside the continental United States. Standard Shipping includes UPS Ground or US Priority Mail within the continental US. The Shipping Method is determined by Dog Lover Boutique and is solely determined on the best method for each individual order.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND CANADA: Extra shipping costs for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be paid by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: For All shipments to any country except Canada you will need to email us for special arrangement.
Can I cancel my order? To cancel your order you must send an email to sales@dogloverboutique.com within 3 hours of placement of the order. Will I have to pay any Sales Tax? Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to Kansas. Actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order, and may vary depending on the taxes in the county or city your order is shipping to. Do you ever run out of stock on a product? We try to be sure that our products are always in stock. But there is no way to completely insure that an item ordered will be in stock at the time the order is placed. Many of our products are drop shipped to your directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer you the widest selection at the very best price. Shipping times and availability vary due to different manufacturers policies. But we will do our best to see that you receive your order in a prompt and timely manner. If the item you have purchased is out of stock or discontinued we will email you promptly to let you know when, or if it will be available for shipment. What should I do if my order says it was shipped but I haven't received it? Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Dog Lover Boutique is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received. Do you have a sales policy? Your receipt of a confirmation for your order does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it guarantee confirmaton of our offer to sell. Dog Lover Boutique reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason at any time. Dog Lover Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products that are listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typing errors. |
